Avocado Cream

• 1/4 cup whipping cream
• 1 medium avocado
• dash of hot sauce
• pinch of sea salt

Whisk cream a bit until it just starts to thicken.

Smash in avocado. Add salt and dash of hot sauce.

Blend to desired consistency.  Enjoy as a dip or spread.
