Apple Pie with ice cream and caramel

Love my new recipe for apple pie.

Slice 6 apples dot with lemon juice.
Coat with 2/3 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon each, nutmeg, Cinamon, and cardamon.
1 tablespoon Calvados apple brandy.
Roll out 1/2 of dough to 1/8-inch and about 12 inches or more round
Place in bottom of pie dish.
Add apples.
Roll the rest of dough same as before. Cut a round circle, slice dough and lattice on top, crimping the edges together.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar. I used raw sugar.
Bake the pie at 375°F until lightly brown, 40 to 60 minutes, then 350°F for 20 or so minutes.
