Slice 6 apples dot with lemon juice. Coat with 2/3 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 1/4 teaspoon each, nutmeg, Cinamon, and cardamon.1 tablespoon Calvados apple brandy.Roll out 1/2 of dough to 1/8-inch and about 12 inches or more roundPlace in bottom of pie dish. Add apples.Roll the rest of dough same as before. Cut a round circle, slice dough and lattice on top, crimping the edges together.Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sugar.
