Save your health too. Don’t buy sodas, or any drinks in cans or bottles. Make your own, buy tea. and or herbs in bulk, steep in hot or cold clean water. A few slices of citrus or other in season fruit, can add nutrients, sweeten and add flavor. Spice it up, ice it up, heat it up, get creative, don’t be stuck in the” eye level store shelf” junk is your ony option mode.
