What a great lunch this is, 1 & 1/2 Cup of baby greens, my own ground beef, gently simmered in a little olive oil, with garlic, sea salt, & fresh ground pepper, 1/2 oz of two different Irish cheese (from pastured cows) crumbled black olives.
