These are so good, and healthier than possessed ones. Take raw nuts from freezer, turn pan on medium, drizzle with olive oil.  Cover pan with a layer of nuts, turning to coat with oil.  Turn every 20 seconds or so for 2-3 minutes, when you hear them crack, turn vigorously, one you get gold brown color they are done.  Remove, drain on paper towel, coast with a tablespoon of dry BBQ rub, and 1 teaspoon kosher unrefined sea salt.  Cool and bag.
