When I unwrapped theses gorgeous racks, I felt like a kid on Christmas morning.  I’ve been working on updating my rib video, and bought St. Louise style ribs from Dave’s Meat Service, in Modesto for the first time.  What an incredible difference there is in the homestead pork!              Thanks to Dave’s they were perfectly trimmed, and so fresh!
