Salsa Salad can be made with all ready-made store-bought ingredients. I recommend lacto fermented salami, free range chicken pieces and or nonGMO deli meats. Fresh salsa, avocado and cheese from grass-fed cows, raw milk cheese best.
Lucky me, the first picture was one day’s harvest in mid October! I made fresh salsa, added avocado, cooked Adell’s sausage, lacto fermented salami, Irish aged cheddar cheese, and olives. That’s it quick and simple even if you make your own salsa. Use your imagination, just shop the deli section or use left overs, get home and toss it together and enjoy!
