Thank you Fiscalini Farmstead Cheese for my wonderful prize!  Thanks to everyone who voted for me, and the other 89 who tried too.  We enjoyed our tasting of; Horsefeathers, aged Cheddar, Hopscotch, Purple Moon and Scamorza.   Here we are having a great time with a friend.  We ate cheese, on toasted sourdough bread (made the day before in our wood oven) along with back yard grown fresh squeezed orange juice on ice with Ketle One. Coming soon more recipes, with Fiscalini Farmstead Cheese.  Some Paleo, yes according to my research Fiscalini Cheese is Paleo!
