  • Fat marbled Grass Fed Steak
  • Stockton Asparagus
  • Cob Oven Sourdough Bread

  •  2  inch thick steak
  • Sear 3 minutes over hot coals on each side
  • 3 minutes on each side indirect heat
  • Rest meat 5 minutes
  • Grill asparagus 3-6 minutes
  • Slice & savor the rich delight!
