Almond Wood Grilled Pork Chops

Almond makes a gorgeous hot fire and infuses

meats & vegetables with nutty sweetness.

Make Coleslaw to accompany.

*Marinate pork chops in; dark beer, bit of pickle juice & spices.

Salt &pepper.


Marinate chops 10-24 hours in refrigerator, turn half way

thru.  Bring to room temperature 2 hours before cooking.

Seer on hot direct heat, 4-6 minutes on each side.


Cover with lid, open vents.

Slow roast on indirect heat 15-25 minutes.


Done at 145°.


Serve with coleslaw.
