Grilled Sausages & Peaches

  • Too hot to cook inside.
  • Grill sausages, Eggplant, Peppers & Peaches.


Clean & salt vegetables, slice eggplant, drizzle with oil.


  • Sear sausage on hottest part of grill 3-5 minutes
  • per side, then move to indirect heat.


Sear vegetables & move.


Clean peach, remove pit, slice, salt, sear & move.


Cook all on indirect heart for 20-25 minutes.


  • Remove paperlike charred pepper skins.
  • Best served with home-made; aioli,
  • mustards & a pat of butter on peach.
