Thankfulness is a state of mind, a good one. The perspective of counting our blessings, rather than cursing our troubles, helps us maintain a healthy out look on life. Ok, ok, I would say “B S” if right now my mind was doing some of that “life sucks, and then you die” brain freeze. How do you pull your self out of that deep pile of poo poo? Maybe start counting your blessings. Not a 100% cure always, but I’m thinking if I get enough tricks in my bag….some of the spaghetti will stick to the wall.
Here’s our on plan Thanks Giving dinner: Deistel turkey, fresh local, incredibly good.Fresh green beans, fermented relish plate, turkey deglaze sauce, home-made on plan bread.
