Authentic Mexican Chile Colorado

This can be one of the greatest foods on earth, or hell on earth.  I’ve experienced both and may I direct you to only the very best. I’ll be testing a group of recipes and the winner, which will probably be my own variation, will appear in the video.  I’ll keep you posted.  If its canned, it’s banned.
