This is a big research project, but I think worth it. The 2 recipes I’ve made up so far have been effective for my work out, but not that tasty.
Some ideas on that; Lomond meringue, margarita, chi, chocolate mousse, eggnog, punkin cheese cake, plus ….more….. you get the idea.
The power part is easy, it’s making something that taste good, with out fake sugars or a lot of, not quite as bad for you unprocessed sugars, and not take away from the effectiveness.
