We love this for salad lunch or dinner

005This is a great lunch!
Fresh Grass/fed  beef,  gently cooked on low heat in olive oil, with pepper, garlic,  and salt.  Piled on a bed of fresh shredded artisan red lettuce, topped aged cheddar cheese and just made mozzarella, crumbled black olives, my live blue cheese dressing, and home-made guacamole.
