Paleo Grass fed Ground Beef Chille Colorado made with Red Mole Sauce

This is really quick and easy.  Brown grass-fed ground beef in Mole Sauce, about 1 tablespoon for 1/4 lb.   When done spread over a bed of lettuce, top with 1 tablespoon of Fiscalini farmstead raw milk cheese and 2-3 Bleini dry cured probiotic olives.   DSC02764
