Sprout Organic NON-GMO wheat berries. Sprout by soaking in filtered water for 24 hours. Rinse and drain every 8 hours, refill with filtered water to soak again.

To cook, place wheat berries in pre-heated thermos, cover with boiling water and lid. Leave over night to cook. In the morning if all the water has not been absorbed, drain it off. My thermos did not keep the wheat berries hot all night, but they were delicious.
Use:
- Hot or cold cereal
- As rice
- Dry and grind into flour
- As a snack
