Chard, Sausage, Bacon & Egg, Mushroom, Onion Lunch, with Sriracha Mayo, Paleo, Gluten Free, Low Carb

We got home from the gym, & feeding our nephews dogs, collecting eggs, mailing letters.  What’s for lunch?  Ah, I don’t know, for some reason I hadn’t planned ahead.  What’s in the fridge?   Organic red chard, sweet onions, cremini mushrooms, Aidells sausage, farmstead bacon.  Mayonnaise made yesterday. Fresh eggs. Great, that’s lunch!  Quick and simple.   DSC03785 DSC03786 DSC03787 DSC03788 DSC03790 DSC03791 DSC03793 DSC03794 DSC03795

  1. I am super excited to try this recipe out! I cook with eggs at almost any time of day especially when I am working out really hard….but I’ve been looking for more creative ways to use them. Thanks for sharing this!
