Paleo Chicken Fried Steak

 

Incredibly fun food with 0 to 1 carb!

Pound steaks, season & let sit at room temperature for 1/2 hour.

  • Beat egg whites to stiff, beat yolks separately.
  • Dust meat with coconut flour.
  • Heat cast iron skillet with 1/2 inch of clean lard, duck, chicken or bacon fat.

  •  Blend eggs together with a touch of salt.
  • Drag meat 1 slice at a time thru eggs.
  • Fry one at a time until browned on each side.
