Incredibly fun food with 0 to 1 carb!
Pound steaks, season & let sit at room temperature for 1/2 hour.
- Beat egg whites to stiff, beat yolks separately.
- Dust meat with coconut flour.
- Heat cast iron skillet with 1/2 inch of clean lard, duck, chicken or bacon fat.

- Blend eggs together with a touch of salt.
- Drag meat 1 slice at a time thru eggs.
- Fry one at a time until browned on each side.
