Looking forward to using this on pizza!
Clean & dry garlic. Put in crock pot on warm setting.
Leave for approx. 2 weeks until deep caramel brown.
Store refrigerated up to 6 months.
Powder in spice grinder or mortar & pestle.
Sprinkle over food.
Wonderful caramelized sweet & smoke garlic flaovor.
