One big waffle, perfect for a holiday breakfast for two. Day before I take out about 1/2 cup of starter from, the freezer. Thawed it out and feed it with filtered water and flour, 3-4 times so it bubbles up and makes about 1 cup. In the morning I mix together the dry ingredients.
3/4 cup flour
1 tbs sugar
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 tbs baking powder
Melt the butter, and sperate the eggs.
1/2 cup cream
2tabs melted butter
2 eggs separated
Fluff up the egg whites while the waffle iron is getting ready, then fold into the batter. The pictures below show the process. Enjoy!
