This was the last step of the cooktop project.

DIY Replacing 30″ glass cook top with Gas cook top

Make a paper pattern.

Cut copper.

Check fit.

Sand off sharp burrs.

Embellish copper with hammer or designs.

Use a palm sander to further embellish.

Drill pilot holes.

Screw in to place.
