Sweet Butter Seared Cabbage
IMHO the best and E-Zest Low-Carb, Paleo, or
Gluten-Free foods have always been that. Often
packaged sugar-free, fat-free, and gluten-free foods
contain unhealthy chemicals. This dish is so sweet
and simple. Made with just sweet butter, sea salt
and winter cabbage.
Melt a 2-3 pats of sweet butter on low heat.
Add quartered cabbage. Sprinkle on a dash of sea salt
and 2 tablespoons filtered water. Cover and simmer on
high 15-20 minutes. When bottom is charred, flip and
simmer other side a bit.
The sear looks pretty almost like the edge on
“cabbage roses”. Plate and dot with butter.
