Holiday foods are a huge temptation. Rather than over
indulging during the season, a good tactic is to eat Low Carb 98%
of the time and selectively enjoy holiday feast the other 2%.
This recipe can be made with any sliced meat. Ingredients are
only limited to your imagination. The roll ups were made with
thin sliced oven baked turkey. The No-Bread sandwiches shown
here where made with leftover tri tip beef.
Both where spread with a mixture of Mayo & mustard I made.
