Grind 1 tablespoon yellow mustard seed to powder.
Pour in bowl.
Grind 3 tablespoons yellow mustard seed to just cracked.
Add to bowl with 1/4 teaspoon sea salt.
Add 6 tablespoons cold Gewurztraminer wine.
Beer, full not light is another option here.
Mix & let sit overnight.
Next day add;
1 tablespoons maple syrup
2 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar
up to 1/4 cup water as needed.
Cover & let sit over night.
Jar & refrigerate, enjoy!
