My 62 Birthday Party, here are a few of the 80-100 sliders that I made. It was actually very simple: Ground Beef, (I used Open Space from Newman) caramelized organic Walla Walla onions, a bit of Straus whole cream Real Salt* and fresh ground pepper. Spread them across a cookie sheet, cut (small squares) roast at 400 for about 4-5 minutes, then slide them into fresh home-made sourdough biscuits. So GOOD! Of course my home-made pickles, mayonnaises and ketchups topped them off.
