Taco Salad

Use your imagination there are so many ways to put this together:

Ingredients can vary depending on what you have. Here is ground beef cooked drained

of fat. Seasoned and simmered in red sauce. Canned Pinto beans also drained. Chopped

green and red onions. Iceberg lettuce, fresh avocado, fresh corn on the cob, charred over

the open flame on a gas burner, then cut of the cob. Extra sharp cheddar chesses.

  1. Serve over your favorite tortilla chips, with dressing and poco sauce.
  2. Stuff into hard shells.
  3. With a large soft tortilla make a burrito.
  4. Serve in warm pita bread.
  5. Serve with warm from the oven corn bread.
