
Mix 4 cups Organic white unbleached flour 1 teaspoon unrefined sea salt

Mix 1/2 cup active sourdough starter with 1 & 1/2 cups unchlorinated water. Mix with flour & salt. Cover with plastic wrap & leave at room temperature for 18 to 24 hours.

Dough will rise. When it doubles knock it down, even if your not ready to bake.

Around an hour before oven is ready for baking, knock down dough.

Kneed dough

Shape dough & slit with very sharp knife.

When oven is ready slide in loaves.

Done when Inside temp. is 190-200 degrees Fahrenheit. Let cool for a hour.
