Blended Pesto Paste
- 2 parts basil leaves
- 1 part sprouted chandler walnuts
- 2 parts cheese
- 1 teaspoon of olive oil at a time to make paste as shown
- garlic, sea salt and pepper to taste
Wash and dry leaves. Add first three ingredients to processor or blender. Make paste as shown. Add garlic and spices. Slowly add olive oil until smooth paste is formed as shown. Keep refrigerated or freeze.
